PARQUE NACIONAL CORCOVADO

Corcovado National Park is one of Costa Rica’s most important protected areas and one of the country’s most biodiverse places. It is located on the Osa Peninsula and protects tropical rainforest, beaches, rivers, mangroves, lagoons and marine-coastal ecosystems. It is famous for wildlife watching, including tapirs, monkeys, scarlet macaws, sloths, crocodiles and big cats such as jaguars and pumas.

Entry requires advance reservation and an authorized guide.
