PRE-COLUMBIAN GOLD MUSEUM

The Pre-Columbian Gold Museum is part of the Central Bank Museums of Costa Rica and is located beneath Plaza de la Cultura in downtown San José. Its exhibition features gold, ceramics, stone objects and other archaeological pieces that explain the history, worldview, technology and daily life of Costa Rica’s pre-Columbian peoples.
